Fully flexible rates can be cancelled free until 3:00 pm the day before arrival. E-bikes and e-scooters may not be brought into the building. Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am, with members able to request late check-out until noon.

The S8 and S9 reach Terminal 1 in two minutes and Frankfurt city centre in about 14, every 15 minutes each and around the clock at weekends. Bus X17 from Terminal 1 and X77 from Terminal 3 stop at Gateway Gardens Mitte nearby, and a taxi to Terminal 1 takes about five minutes.
